Problems with the Gregorian Calendar
Overly complicated... only because of our pointless wish for the month of June to be in the same season every year
Okay, at the time the Gregorian Calendar was invented, and still to a few people (like anyone involved in farming or sports) the seasons mattered, but to most people, we work the same job year-round, and the seasons don't really affect our tasks anymore.
Another thing is that it really wants to be both even AND consistent. In life, you can't have both, and at the time, consistency with the solar year mattered more, so therefore, a system of unevenness and complications was created so the seasons can align, and made worse just so that Easter can be on the perfect date for the church's obsessive pointlessness.
The complicated rules for the Gregorian calendar really make it nearly impossible to do any mathematics involving dates without a computer program, and we often try to remove some rules in a system to save some computer space, but this results in leap year glitches eventually happening.
The week
Yeah, we used this system since the beginning of written history, but I think it is impractical and needs to go.
The week has 7 days, which is an odd and prime number.
You know how much we want to do something every other day weekly, but it is impossible without repeating a day because of the 7-day week.
A lot of religious freaks would say "God created the world in 7 days, so the week cannot change"
About that...
It is more likely that the Babylonians made the week 7 days first because they saw 7 as some holy number.
One of the reasons they thought 7 was a holy number was because they thought there were 7 (geocentric) planets: Moon, Sun, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Mercury, and Mars
And apparently that idea spread like wildfire for pointless reasons.
Our weekday names are just as bad.
Sunday = Sun's day
Monday = Moon's day
Tuesday = Týr's day
Wednesday = Odin's day
Thursday = Thor's day
Friday = Frig's day
Saturday = Saturn's day
The Reform idea
It is a fixed calendar with 12 months comprised of four 8-day weeks (384 days in a year), with secular naming of weekdays and monthsEvery month looks like this:

Negatives
while the positives is that it does fix the Gregorian Calendar problems I talked about, there are a few things that could piss people off:
- Too much change for people to typically handle at once (a solution could be a transition, i.e. fix the calendar with twelve 32-day months, but temporarily keep the 7-day week)
- Because of the weekday conversions, every month technically has Friday the 13th, scaring those ultra-superstitious nutfreaks
- Churches will not typically like it (though they could always keep the Gregorian for church holidays)
- The few farmers and people who need seasons (again, they could use the Gregorian or other solar-based calendar for their purposes)
- A lot of people care about the seasons even though it technically means nothing to them
